Ground Zero Emergency Training Center is honored to be supporting the 21st Annual Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon: Come Run ’21.
Join Our Team
We would like to invite you to join the GZ K9 Team, whether you are participating in the Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K, Marathon Relay, the Kids Marathon or prefer just to be a spectator. Our goal is to have at least 168 members to represent each life lost in this tragedy. Ground Zero canines prepare daily for unspeakable events like the bombing in hopes to save lives.

Ground Zero will have a booth (Booth #510) at the Health & Fitness Expo featuring our canines along with GZ information and merchandise. Hours are Friday, October 1 from 11am-7pm and Saturday, October 2 from 9am-6pm at the OKC Convention Center.
About the Marathon
Voted one of the 12 ‘must-run’ marathons in the world by Runner’s World magazine, these 26.2 miles are packed with cheering supporters and the most beautiful neighborhoods in Oklahoma City. The course begins at the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, winds through the Capitol, and Oklahoma City’s historic neighborhoods! Along the way, runners pass 168 banners, each bearing the name of one of those who were killed in the Oklahoma City bombing.
